Approximately 115 residents of the municipalities Mogila and Novaci attended the fifth forum session of the Community Forums Programme, which took part on January 25 at the Kolta Restaurant in Mogila.
A total of four project-proposals, as initial project ideas, were presented by the working groups which produced summaries of the project proposals.
The first project proposal, "Four playgrounds and clean schoolyards instead of waste and bad habits in Srpci, Trnovci, Dalbegovci, and Germijan", involves removal of communal waste from regional schools and purhcase and installation of sports equipment.
The draft budget amounts to MKD 2 million, and it would be implemented by NGO Mogilka.
The second project proposal, "No more waste in the streets!!!". is aimed at defining health risks, getting people used to waste selection and raise awareness in young people about waste disposal.
The draft budget for this project amounts to approximately MKD 32 thousand, and it would be implemented by NGO Mogilka.
The presentation of the third project proposal, "Introduction of a street communal waste management system in the territory of the municipalities Mogila and Novaci", involves the purchase and installation of 40 containers in busy locations and in front of public institutions, as well as creation of new habits regarding the disposal of communal waste into containers.
The draft budget for this project amounts to MKD 744 thousand, and it would be implemented by NGO ED Pelagonija-Novaci.
"No more communal waste strewn around!" is the fourth project proposal, aimed at establishing a Public Utility Company in the municipalities Mogila and Novaci and equipping it with waste collection vehicles.
