"Community forums" program - Criteria and Approval |

The FORUM selects the projects that will be financed and implemented,
by following the rules and criteria previously agreed upon by
participants. When selecting the projects it is recommended the
following to be taken into account:
- Projects should be relevant to the selected topics;
- Projects should build partnerships between organizations/citizens;
- Projects should end in measurable, practical and visible results;
- Projects
should have significant or wide societal effect or they should concern
an important problem of an ethnic or marginalized group;
- Projects should be sustainable upon the completion of their financing;
- Projects
should contribute to the decentralization process and
responsibility/accountability of the municipal administration on
financial management;
- Projects should equally concern the needs of community members disregarding their gender or ethnic background;
- Projects should be technically approved by the Steering Committee.
