 Along for the presentation of the work groups the session was used by the participants to discuss and propose solutions on the problems. Each of the groups identified and determined several proposals – solutions, project ideas and recommendations.
 The presentations addressed the following problems: Lack of sufficient amounts of quality drinking water in the municipalities Radovis and Konce, Lack of awareness of the population from the municipalities for conscientious usage of water, Insufficient capacity and obsoleteness of the sewage grid in the municipalities Radovis and Konce and Lack of wastewater collection systems in the rural communities in the municipalities of Radovis and Konce.
 Four work groups were formed in accordance to the solution groups – Lack of awareness for the use of water, Lack of sufficient amount of quality drinking water, Lack of wastewater collection systems and Insufficient capacity and obsoleteness of the sewage grid.
 The total budget of the municipalities Radovis and Konce amounts to eight million denars. The municipality participates with two millions while the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation donates four million denars.
 In addition to Radovis-Konce, at this phase the Programme includes 11 additional municipalities – Berovo, Debar, Strumica, Mogila – Novaci, Bogovinje, Krusevo, Gostivar, Aerodrom and Makedonski Brod.
