  The presentation of the resumes for the project proposals in Novo Selo took place at the fifth forum session on 15 April in the restaurant “Michel”. 

 The representatives of the work groups presented the prepared resumes at the forum in two sub-topics – “Water supply and water drainage” and “Irrigation channels”.   
    The first sub-topic comprises of the project proposals for Providing clean drinking water in Novo Selo, Replacement of the harmful asbestos water supply pipes in v. Susica, and Providing clean drinking water in v. Borisovo and v. Mokrievo.
    The citizens who were present at the forum have accepted the suggestions for additional improvement of the project proposals which were prepared by the members of the work groups established in the course of the previous sessions. 
    The second sub-topic “Irrigation channels” comprises the project proposals for Repair and extension of the channel network – in v. Mokrievo, Kolesino, and BOrisovo, as well as in the villages of Staro Konare, Drazevo and Smolari.
    The debates of the citizens confirmed that the existing water communities need to have permission from the Macedonian Government in order to maintain these channels. This led to a meeting arranged with the local authorities with the aim of determining the competencies for these two resumes.
    As it was stated by the representative of the work group, the presentation of the project proposal for the Riverbed of the river Novoselka, was delayed due to issues of legal and proprietary nature.
    The sixth forum session will take place on 20 May.
