    The fifth forum session in BItola took place on 24 April in OU “Elpida Karamandi”. It was attended by 50 citizens who within the frames of the Community Forums Programme gave their contribution in introducing improvements in the everyday life in the municipality by participating and providing their own ideas.

 The objective of the fifth forum session was to present the five project proposals prepared by the citizens, obtain approval for the final preparation of the proposals, while the subsequent sessions shall be used to prioritize the project proposals which will be realized with the assistance of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), in collaboration with the municipality.
    "Ambient design of the school yard in v. Kisava” was the first project proposal to be presented by Amide Dzemail - representative of the work group.
    She elaborated that this project would alleviate the conditions in the area of education, not only for the children from the village Kisava but for the children of the surrounding villages as well.
    This was followed by the presentation of the second project “Improving the communal utilities in the settlement Dovledzik” by representatives of the local self-government who made it clear that the municipality has already taken interest in the project.
    The third, fourth and fifth project proposal were related to Tumbe kafe. One for the cultural and historic sight and opportunity, the second for the basic infrastructure and the third for the sports and recreational facility. 
    This topic was also covered by representatives of the local self – government, architects, engineers and students, and as a result, this project as well as the former projects was voted for additional refinement.
    The sixth forum session will take place on 30 May.
