 A total of five draft concepts were adopted by the citizens of Novo Selo, at the fourth forum session which took place on February 18 at the Micel restaurant, in the presence of 102 citizens.

 In the period between the two sessions, the working groups, elaborated on the concept solutions for the priority problems identified in the previous sessions by the citizens of Novo Selo as part of the main topic “Communal infrastructure and environment”.
  “Supply of Clean Drinking Water in Novo Selo”, one of the draft concepts, continues to be an imperative for the citizens of almost all 14 settlements in the municipality Novo Selo. First and foremost, the municipal center of Novo Selo lacks a water purification station to treat the unclean water coming from the wells, say the citizens.
 According to Ilija Boevski, who presented the project proposal, Novo Selo has two schools, a kindergarten and other common facilities, which is why the problem with the lack of a filtering station should be a priority.
 The draft concept “Replacement of Harmful Asbestos Water Supply Pipes” was also adopted by the Forum, which decided that this problem should also be resolved in the village Mokrievo.
 According to Dragi Stojcev, resident of the municipality, this draft concept is necessary due to the danger of cancer.
  “Canal Network Reconstruction and Expansion” is a draft concept aimed at addressing the issue of irrigation canals in Drazevo and Staro Konjarevo, as well as in other villages in the region of Podgora.  The residents of the villages Koleshino, Borisovo, Mokrievo, and Mokrino, also announced their participation in the development of this project idea.
 The fourth project proposal adopted by the participants of the fourth forum session is “Cleaning up and Regulation of the Riverbed of the Novoselka River”, which addresses the problem with the unregulated and polluted riverbed of Novoselka River which runs through the municipal center.
  “Supply of Clean Drinking water in the villages Borisovo and Mokrievo” is the fifth draft concept which would resolve the problem with the outdated water supply network and the neighborhood water supply systems in Borisovo and Mokrievo.
