  The fourth forum session, in which the citizens of the municipality Saraj presented draft-concepts, took part on February 20 in the municipal hall, in the presence of 70 citizens.

  The project concepts were presented by the members of the eight working groups, based on the problems identified in the previous sessions, who explained and provided arguments in favor of development of the proposed concepts.
    The draft concepts which were discussed and presented in detail with pictures from the field include:
-    Construction and equipping of sports facilities in Bojane, Kopance, Laskarce, Rashce, and Kondovo; 
-    Construction of a sports facility in the elementary school in the village Ljubin; Renovation and equipping of sports halls in the villages Kondovo and Radusha;
-    Renovation of the House of Culture in the village Bukovic;
-    Equipping the Retirees’ Association with sports equipment;
-    Paving the sports field in Dolno Svilare and providing adequate construction;
-    Construction of a sports field in the village Matka, and
-    Repairing public equipment and awareness raising for their protection and proper use.
  The representatives of each working group focused on the objective they wanted to achieve with their project and the target groups covered.

  They also proposed solutions for each of the identified project proposals.
  Draft budgets for implementation were passed for all project proposals.
  The total budget of the Programme in the municipality Saraj is MKD 8 million, of which MKD 2 million are a contribution by the municipality and MKD 6 million are a donation by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
