   A total of 85 citizens of the municipality Saraj attended the third forum session of the Community Forums Programme, which took place on January 30 at the Saraj municipal hall.

  The working groups established on the identified problems “Construction and renovation of public and school sports fields”, and “Renovation and equipping of current sports facilities”, presented the findings of their field research.
    The citizens made a detailed presentation of the condition of open and closed sports facilities in the settlements Saraj, Kondovo, Glumovo, Rashce, Radusha, Krushopek, Shishovo, Laskarce, Ljubin, leading to the conclusion that many facilities are run-down.

    The discussion resulted in the definition of eight proposals for development of project concepts.
The proposals mainly include: Conctruction of sports fields in the villages Bojane, Kopance, Laskarce, Rashce, and Kondovo; Renovation and equipping of sports halls in the shools in Kondovo and Radusha; Renovation of the House of Culture in the village Bukovic; Sports equipment for the Retirees' Association; Repairment of sports equipment of public character and Awareness raising and their proper use in the municipality Saraj.  
    The session created eight working groups that will work on developing project concepts for each proposal.
    The total budget of the Programme in the municipality Saraj is MKD 8 million, of which MKD 6 million are a donation by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and MKD 2 million are a contribution by the municipality.
    The Forum process is open to all citizens in the municipality to jointly address certain issues and work towards acceptable solutions aimed at improving the everyday life of the community.
